These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sweet Education Limited’s ("Sweet Education," "we," "us," or "our") website, products, and services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all billing details, delivery details, personal information, and login credentials remain confidential. Any unauthorised access must be reported to Sweet Education immediately. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to safeguard this information.

Unlawful use, unauthorised sharing, or any breach of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access, without notice.

5. Ordering and payment

Orders for physical resources (workbooks) must be placed via our website.

Orders for learner registrations, training sessions, e-Sweet log ins, replacement certificates and other miscellaneous items must be placed via your assigned Sweet IQA or via info@sweet.education.

All payments will be processed via invoice.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and delivery details for the processing of orders. Sweet Education accepts no responsibility for loss or damage if incorrect details are provided at the point of purchase.

You are responsible for providing purchase order numbers if required.

Invoices must be settled within 30 days of receipt.

Payments are in GBP (£), and customers are responsible for conversion fees and compliance with local import regulations.

6. International customers

Payments are in GBP (£); conversion fees are borne by the customer.

International customers must ensure compliance with their local tax, import, and consumer protection laws. Any additional charges incurred due to customs or regulatory requirements are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For customers in the Falkland Islands, UK GDPR regulations apply, and customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local requirements when handling learner data.

For customers in China, we follow the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) and use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or require explicit consent for data transfers.
7. Intellectual property and misuse of materials

All content, materials and intellectual property on this website are either owned by Sweet Education or used under licence. These works are protected by copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

We provide access to member-only materials, including teacher resources, supporting documents, and additional delivery resources, to authorised users only. Unauthorised sharing, distributing, or reproducing these materials is strictly prohibited.

Any misuse of our materials, including but not limited to unauthorised distribution, reproduction, modification, or sharing with unauthorised third parties, constitutes a breach of these Terms. Such actions will result in immediate termination of access, potential legal action, and claims for damages where applicable.

8. Additional Terms: Partnership Agreement

Sweet Education’s Partnership Agreement is a formal document which includes additional Terms for its customers, including but not limited to training protocols, resources, e-Sweet access, registrations, delivery and appeals, standardisation, internal quality assurance processes, collaboration and support visits, plagiarism, and claims.

Sweet Education requires all customers to read and accept the Terms within our Partnership Agreement. These Terms are provided to all customers on an annual basis.

The Terms detailed within the Partnership Agreement are intended to clarify the support mechanisms offered via Sweet Education and also highlight the requirements of each delivery centre.

You must ensure the content of the Partnership Agreement is shared with all delivery staff at your centre.

A copy of the Partnership Agreement can be requested from your Sweet contact.

By completing the Partnership Agreement, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement with Sweet Education for the specified academic year. Non-compliance with the Terms set forth in the agreement may result in contract termination and potential legal action where applicable.

Sweet Education reserves the right to terminate the partnership/contract with a centre at its discretion at any time after the agreement has been signed.
9. Limitation of liability

Sweet Education is not responsible for:

Any loss, corruption, or breach of data caused by third-party providers, cyber-attacks, or technical failures beyond our control.

Indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or reputational harm.

Service disruptions, technical issues, or regulatory changes that affect access to our website, products, or services.
10. Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law.

Disputes shall be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
